Your non-profit organization can improve its fundraising efforts by using the "Eat BBQ. Raise Funds." Fundraising Program. As a way to give back to the community, we give your organization a proven way to raise money quickly and effectively.
How It Works
We will work with you to coordinate an event date and time at BBQ West. We will provide you with Tickets in the form of a printable PDF file. Print as many tickets as you like, and hand them out to your organization’s friends and supporters.
On the designated date and time, we will collect the tickets and pair them with each receipt. At the end of the event, the totals will be tallied, and we will donate 25% all pre-taxed food sales (less tips) back to your organization.
Rule: Organization must distribute tickets prior to the event. No tickets may be distributed to random customers as they enter BBQ West.
